  This location never fails me and I’ve driven around Orlando to several Starbucks. I am that complicated customer that always has a secret recipe she wants to try. They are always so patient with me, and no matter the complicated order, my drink/coffee is always on point! My daughter interviewed for a job position at this location, but got hired at another location. As much as I love my daughter and appreciate her location, which is 2 minutes from home, this location is my favorite and the extra 7 min drive is totally worth it!

  At first this was the best Starbucks but your day shift manager is very inconsiderate. I hurt my leg and needed a place to rest my leg, she was rude to me and told me if I wanted to smoke I had to be 20 ft off the property. The patio is open and I have seen numerous people smoking outside. People like to have a cigarette with their coffee. I honestly feel she was in the wrong. Another night I seen a Tow truck try to tow one of the employees vehicle while they were working late and I prevented that from happening. Really I have been nothing but kind and didn't deserve her rudeness.

  Locally owned and operated by a very caring human being who serves an authentic cup of coffee! Amazing coffee and proceeds go to make our world a better place. You need to visit any of their locations!

  I’ve been to this Starbucks when it first opened with no problems. The last 3 times I’ve been every single drink has been made wrong. I’ve even tried ordering different drinks and still terrible. Service is great, quality is terrible.
